Email Subscription
Important FAQ's and Information

1) When will I receive my first email newsletter? This is not an automated process. Every subscription is entered and fulfilled by hand. Please allow two to four weeks to receive your first issue.

2) Where on the web site can I find my newsletter? Email newsletters are not posted on the web site. They are sent directly to your email inbox as a .pdf attachment.

3) What will I receive? Once your subscription is processed and activated you will receive a welcome email which will contain your Scriber Number, Expiration Date, and other key information about your subscription. Later that same day you will receive your first .pdf email newsletter.

3) I have a Yahoo account and haven't received any emails from you, why? Yahoo.com email accounts have been particularly picky about our emails. They view them as spam and send them to your bulk bin. To fix this problem, please be sure to add ideas@homeeconomiser.com to your address book.

If you have another email address besides Yahoo.com we would really appreciate you using that instead.

If you do only have a Yahoo account and don't know how to add an email address to your address book, please ask someone to help you do this. It will save us all a lot of time and effort. We make every effort to communicate clearly to get you what you have paid for, but we can't count the number of time that Yahoo users loose their email newsletters. Being a small, family run business, we just don't have the staff to personally coach folks through setting up their email programs.

4) PayPal Confirmation If you pay with Paypal, you will receive a personalized confirmation email withing 48 hours (usually less) asking you to reply to a couple of questions. If you DO NOT receive the confirmation email please:

  1. check your spam blocker
  2. Add ideas@homeeconomiser.com to your address book
  3. Check your PayPal account to see which email address you have it set to send from.

5) Where is the password for the email .pdf? The password for the email newsletters is NOT your ScriberNumber. The password is always contained in the text portion of the email you receive which contains the newsletter. The password for the email newsletters is NOT your ScriberNumber. The password is located just below the preview section. It looks something like this:

Preview of the Jan / Feb XX Issue
Remember the password is XXXXX

6) Why do you want additional contact information? In the past, some email subscribers have only sent us their email address as a mode for communication. When they change their email server or their email box rejects our messages, we have no other way to contact them. So we ask that you provide a phone number and mailing address. This information will be requested in our payment confirmation email. Please be assured that your personal information is never shared with anyone and it will only be used to contact you about your subscription.
